Single Sided Boards

Though the single sided boards represent only 10% of our production (behind double sided and Multilayer) we always maintain the same levels of quality. Furthermore, in Zubelzu the production of this type of product is carried out with the same materials as double sided boards.

A proof of this is the production with photosensitive processes (for imaging and solder mask) instead of the traditional silkscreens, the milling and drilling by numeric controlled machines or 100% electrical tests instead of a statistical sample percentage.

This is our main point of differentiation against the traditional single layer manufacturers where the large volumes at the low cost tend to leave quality on one side.

The results are clear: PCBs with one single level of quality, the same we offer for double sided or multilayer boards, without distinctions.
